Dream Financial operates as an investment firm, uniting multiple partners within a single organization. We are a transformational organization, with our partners being our greatest investment. The partners will serve as Intrapreneur’s.

An intrapreneur is an employee who is tasked with developing an innovative idea or project within a company. In our case a partner! The intrapreneur may not face the outsized risks of an entrepreneur; however, the intrapreneur has access to the resources and capabilities of the firm.

They are given the time and freedom to develop the project as an entrepreneur would. However, they are not working solo. Intrapreneurs have the resources and capabilities of the firm at their disposal. We specialize in creating businesses and products, with each partner owning multiple ventures.
